Breville has engaged in the design, development, marketing, and distribution of small electrical appliances in Australia for over 85 years. Its range includes award winning food preparation, cooking and beverage-related products.

In 2017, leaders within Breville’s Global Product team participated in a workshop with Strategic Facilitators to develop a measurement framework to evaluate the success of their innovation department. This involved the development of a unique ‘theory of measurement’ as well as a short list of targeted measures to provide a comprehensive appraisal of the department’s financial, environmental, social and operational performance.
