Some of our recent work …
Our team of professional facilitators pride themselves on helping our clients with every aspect of their strategy and planning efforts – from facilitating board and executive team strategy workshops; to designing and delivering an end-to-end strategy process; to using the latest frameworks and design thinking methodology to assist clients in finding innovative solutions to their most pressing issues.
Here is a snapshot of some of our recent work and the outcomes achieved:
Gallagher Bassett offers claims management and administration services to brokers, insurers, self-insured organisations and government bodies in Australia and internationally. In 2018, Gallagher Bassett engaged Strategic Facilitators to hold an innovation sprint at the 2018 Emergency Services Gathering for organisations operating in the emergency services sector. The innovation sprint was an intensive, fast-paced workshop where Strategic Facilitators’ design thinking methodology helped participants collaborate to address some of the major challenges facing the emergency services industry. The workshop provided novel solutions for issues relating to proactive mental health and transition outcomes.
