Remote workshop facilitation

1. Streamlined package – $8,500 +gst*

This streamlined package uses our tried and tested remote workshop methodologies and expert strategy facilitators to get meaningful outcomes from your workshop.

Strategic Facilitators will:

  • Conduct virtual kick off meeting to confirm workshop purpose, objectives and outcomes/deliverables
  • Review any relevant materials for context
  • Interview a few key stakeholders (project sponsor, CEO, Chair) via videoconferencing (VC) to gain their perspectives
  • Develop a tailored agenda – get creative with format and break it down into different time blocks, delivering the sessions in modules over a day or a few days
  • Build detailed workshop session plans to meet the needs of participants, and employing the latest technology, to keep everyone engaged, collaborating and developing outputs in the right way, for the duration of workshop sessions
  • Set up and test the tools and technology and make sure there’s a back-up plan
  • Prepare and issue workshop pre-reading
  • Facilitate workshop (for up to 12 participants) using strong, confident facilitators who will successfully bring together the mix of tools, processes and people
  • Brief key participants (e.g. CEO, chair, presenters, group captains, co-facilitators) on session structure, materials and tools so there’s no surprises, and roles are clear
  • Document and distribute workshop outcomes
  • Review outcomes and debrief workshop
  • Check in with the team two weeks after the workshop to ensure accountability and momentum.

Indicative pricing: $8,500 +gst*


2. Inclusive package – $12,500 +gst*

This approach includes deeper engagement and consultation with workshop participants building broader buy-in and encouraging inclusive decision making.

Strategic Facilitators will:

  • Conduct virtual kick off meeting to confirm workshop purpose, objectives and outcomes/deliverables
  • Review any relevant materials for context
  • Interview 3-4 key stakeholders (project sponsor, CEO, Chair) via VC to gain their perspectives
  • Conduct a comprehensive participant and/or stakeholder online survey to illicit anonymous input for workshop discussions using our proprietary diagnostic toolkit
  • Interview a few key stakeholders (project sponsor, CEO, Chair) via VC to gain their perspectives
  • Develop a tailored agenda – get creative with format and break it down into different time blocks, delivering the sessions in modules over a day or a few days
  • Build detailed workshop session plans to meet the needs of participants, and employing the latest technology, to keep everyone engaged, collaborating and developing outputs in the right way, for the duration of workshop sessions
